1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Flux Servers' services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Flux Servers provides high-performance game server hosting (Minecraft, Hytale) and dedicated bare metal servers. Services are provisioned instantly upon confirmed payment.
3. Use of Services
You agree to use our services for lawful purposes only. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
- Engaging in any form of DDoS or network attacks.
- Hosting illegal content or malware.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our infrastructure.
- Using game server resources for crypto-mining or non-gaming heavy computation.
4. Uptime & Performance
We strive for 99.9% uptime. While our infrastructure is built on premium AMD Ryzen 9950X and EPYC hardware with enterprise DDoS mitigation, we are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control.
5. Billing & Refunds
All payments are final. Due to the digital nature of our instant provisioning, we do not offer refunds unless a service failure on our end prevents usage for more than 24 consecutive hours.
6. Termination
Flux Servers reserves the right to suspend or terminate your service at any time without notice if these terms are violated.
