Refunds

We want to ensure customers are happy with the service they purchase from us. Please contact us if you experience any difficulties; we will gladly help.

If you are still dissatisfied with the service, you can request a refund if you meet our simple eligibility criteria.

1. Eligibility Guidelines

  • You must be a new client and have purchased your first service from Flux Servers.
  • You request the refund within the first seven days of purchase.
  • Refunds must be explicitly requested via the Support Ticket System, separate from your cancellation request.
  • If you purchase multiple services from us, you are allowed a one-time refund of one service only.

2. Refund Calculation

If you are eligible for a refund, we will calculate the refund as follows:

  • Within the first seven days of your first service purchase - full refund.
  • After seven days of your first purchase, or for subsequent purchases at any time - no refund.

3. Requesting a Refund

To start with the refund process, you must first cancel your service. To do this, please follow our Cancellation Request guide.

  • You must choose the cancellation type Immediate.
  • We would love to know what went wrong and how to improve, so please provide us with your feedback as part of the cancellation request.
  • Open a Support Ticket to contact us for your refund. Our staff manually processes refunds on request.

4. Exceptions for Refund

  • Overpayment(s) created more than 90 days in the past.
  • Flux Servers credit balances.
  • For services terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.

5. Tax Transparency

All prices displayed on our website are exclusive of applicable taxes. Taxes may apply depending on your location and will be calculated automatically at checkout.

6. Legal Rights

Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law, including statutory cancellation, refund, or conformity rights where they apply.
